This video is showcasing a new real estate development. The client needed a way to visualize the scope of the project for potential investors and buyers. This project had multiple steps and involved two international teams to complete the work on time and under budget.

We used a drone to capture the aerial video of the development and then created a property line overlay from the community map that was provided by the client.

The client also asked us to create a few 3D renders from the floor plans to show the types of spec homes that will be built in the community.

I was personally involved throughout every aspect of this project as the photographer, editor and project manager - from flying the drone and getting stills and video, to sourcing the 3D editor overseas and figuring out how to process DWG files to get a front exterior render created. We did this for 4 different models and the turnaround was about a week from the time that we sent it.

Once the renders came and were approved by my client, I was then able to get the video edited with the proper overlays to show the location of the development as well as the lot numbers for the houses.

From the time that we took the drone video to the finished product was a total of about two week turnaround. The longest part involved quality control checks along the way regarding the elevations. My client was kept aware of all our progress during the project and was extremely pleased the end result.
